Seems a bit odd, this deviation from what has been standard policy at GDP now for the past several years...

Why no bonus disks included for pre-orders of either of these releases?

Maybe due to constant complaints about it? They've responded to feedback/complaints (slowly), e.g. some full shows in the Road Trips, a DVD show.

PS. So much for it being a 1967 Road Trips!
